• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We only accept orders within the US and Canada. However, we do plan on shipping internationally in the future, so stay tuned!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What material are the tote bags made of?

  Canvas.

• How should I care for my bag?

  Do NOT machine wash. It is best to soak and wash your bag in cold water, and dry it in a cool place - away from direct sunlight. When washing for the first time, you can add salt or white vinegar to the water and soak the bag for 30 minutes.
